John Gash is a loving caring servant of God. he became a Christian in the early sixties while attending Pepperdine University and dating his future wife Rosella. He is also a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He and his wife Rosella have been married 60 years and have four children and 14 grandchildren.

John's vocation in life was a history Middle School teacher. He taught all but two years of his 35 years of teaching in Santa Rosa California. He was also a track and field coach for over 30 years. During those years in Santa Rosa John served as a bible school teacher to high school, college, and adult students. He also served as Deacon and Elder during those years.

John and his wife presently reside in Nipomo, California near their children. He has been an active member at Foster Road Church of Christ since they moved here 9 years ago and is currently serving as an elder.
